Full Plate Intelligence shares educational and informational content about restaurant operations and finances. Our content reflects experience and research, but every restaurant is different. Nothing we publish is financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice for your specific situation. Please consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

The Full Plate Show, the Restaurant Intelligence Index, and Full Plate Benchmark are described on this site as upcoming. Joining our email list gives you updates about them; it does not purchase, reserve, or grant access to any paid product. When a paid product becomes available it will have its own terms and pricing.

Full Plate Intelligence was founded by Steve Dillberg, who is also a founding partner of Schofer Dillberg & Company, a CPA and advisory firm. This website and newsletter are published by Full Plate Intelligence. They are not services of Schofer Dillberg & Company, and reading them does not create a client or engagement relationship with either Full Plate Intelligence or Schofer Dillberg & Company.
